Elasticity component is the loaded component
on mechanical seals, so, there is higher requirements on Strong
strength, higher elasticity limits, wear out resistance, anti-corrosive,
heat and cold resistance etc.
1) Spring: Spring
pressed and screwed spring is the most popular used in
mechanical seals and most of them made of stainless steel.
Trisun use SS304 and SS316, they can be applied to the
corrosive and heat or cold environment. The corrode resistant
of SS316 is better than SS304. 65Mn（iron spring）：surface
plating, strong strength，it applied to normal environment.
2) Wavy spring: The
wavy spring which used in mechanical seals mainly made of thin
steel strip. The normal material are SS302, SS316 and PH15-7Mo.
3) Metal bellows: Metal
bellows include welded metal bellows and shaped
by pressure bellows. There are three grades
of materials used to produce welded bellows,
classified by corrode grade: the primary grade
is deposited and indurated stainless steel-AM350,
middle grade INCONEL-X-750 and titanium alloy，the
top grade is Hasterlloy C-276. |
