The TSMBJ04 is a high-performance stationary metal bellows mechanical seal engineered to replace the John Crane Type 604. Manufactured by Trisun, this ISOcertified seal combines robust construction with versatile material options for both bellows and sealing faces. It is capable of operating across a wide temperature range—from –75 °C to +425 °C—and supports both singleply and doubleply bellows, providing pressure ratings up to 6.9 MPa. Ideal for process pumps handling hot hydrocarbons, aqueous solutions, crude fractionates, and heat-transfer fluids, it is designed for shaft speeds up to 25 m/s, offering a durable, elastomerfree sealing solution for industrial environments.
